Jennifer French has close to 20 years of international advisory experience, specializing in providing strategic, operational and financial solutions to companies, management, lenders and other stakeholders. She has industry expertise in automotive, hospitality, gaming and leisure, and energy, power and products.
Ms. French has significant experience in real estate, including working on the investment strategy for Lehman Brothers $20 billion commercial and residential real estate portfolio (2008-2012). Her responsibilities have included advising clients on multi-year financial projections, business plans and supporting financial structures; assessing operations and improvement opportunities; asset valuation and disposition strategies; and practice management and talent development.
Ms. French has been involved in numerous trophy assets throughout the United States and Europe and has participated in many of the major restructurings of the past decade, including Lehman Brothers, MG Rover, RSL and Enron. She is currently working to develop and build the global Performance Improvement practice at FTI Consulting.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. French worked in the Corporate Advisory and Restructuring division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) in London and spent two years in PwC’s Performance Improvement practice in Melbourne, Australia.
