At a medical center in Birmingham, Alabama, Mr. Nolan participated in tightening productivity, reducing length of stay through intensive clinical resource management, reducing non-labor expenses and supply costs and improving cash collections through revised revenue cycle processes. EBIDA has remained in the black for 10 of the past 12 months. A forbearance agreement has been signed and a $23 million line of credit has been approved for facility upgrades and equipment.
