Kevin E. Condron is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in Chicago. Mr. Condron is Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Trial Attorneys of America. Mr. Condron was elected into the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) in 2000. He is also a member of the Inn of Courts. He is also a former member of the Operating Committee of the Civil Justice Reform Group.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Condron was a Senior Managing Director with LECG, and a Managing Director with Navigant Consulting and consulted with their international and domestic clients regarding a variety of litigation, insurance and management issues. Navigant Consulting acquired Peterson Worldwide, where Mr. Condron was a Vice President. Before joining Peterson Consulting, Mr. Condron was the Assistant General Counsel for Litigation and Assistant Secretary for Sears, Roebuck & Co. While at Sears, his principal responsibility was the overall management of the civil litigation section.
Prior to Sears, Mr. Condron was the General Attorney of Litigation and Insurance for Navistar International Transportation Corp. (formerly, International Harvester Company). His duties included the management of the Litigation and Insurance Section, including the Intellectual Property practice. He was also a trial lawyer in Chicago and tried more than twenty cases in the state and federal courts. Last but not least, Mr. Condron was previously a member of the Board of Directors of the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) and also was a former member of the MAPI Product Liability Counsel and the Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Association (MVMA) Product Advisory Council.
Mr. Condron is an experienced lecturer for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) and frequently appeared as a panelist for the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. He received his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law and his B.A. cum laude from St. Procopius College.
