Peter Nower has advised stakeholders in restructuring cases across a number of sectors including media, telecommunications, shipping, real estate, oil and gas, professional services, technology, manufacturing, financial services and healthcare.

Peter’s experience includes a wide variety of advisory, entity priority modelling (“EPM”), contingency planning, contentious insolvency and other formal insolvency roles.

Peter has undertaken engagements on behalf of a wide variety of stakeholders, ranging from bondholders to larger syndicated bank deals, through to bilateral or club deals.

Relevant Experience:

• Contingency planning and options analysis for a global engineering group, Dutch shipping company, UK legal practice and e-transport business
• Insolvency including centre of main interests (“COMI”) shift and pre-pack administration, pre-packaged administration of a UK satellite operator, administration of a UK TV/film distributor, trading administration of a UK utility broker and contentious insolvency in the UK and British Virgin Islands
• Outcome analysis including EPM for an international commodity brokerage, liquidation analysis for a UK oil and gas exploration and production (“E&P”) company, a global vehicle rental business, a UK legal practice, a global travel company and leading UK retailers
