Devi Rajani Recognized at Global M&A Network’s Americas Rising Star Dealmakers Awards

Washington, D.C., Feb. 22, 2022 — Dev A. Rajani, a Senior Managing Director in the Turnaround & Restructuring practice within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment at FTI Consulting, was recognized at the Global M&A Network’s Americas Rising Star Dealmakers Awards. The recognition honors young dealmakers in the private equity, growth investor, restructuring and M&A communities for their exceptional commitment and talents for closing value-creating transactions.

Ms. Rajani, who is based in Toronto, has over 15 years of advisory experience, with a specialization in debt restructurings in Latin America. She has been involved in numerous Latin American restructurings with debt totaling over $75 billion. Ms. Rajani has expertise across due diligence, business plan review, receivership, Chapter 11 preparation and capital structure modeling, among other areas.
