FTI Consulting Appoints Bev Landstreet and Roxana Fariborz as Managing Directors

Washington, D.C., Jan. 27, 2020 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced that Bev Landstreet and Roxana Fariborz have joined the Private Capital Advisory Services practice within FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment as Managing Directors.

Mr. Landstreet, who joined FTI Consulting from Hitachi Consulting, is responsible for directing the research, business evaluation, strategic marketing and client relations efforts for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He has more than 25 years of investment banking and consulting experience, providing pre- and post-close support to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Ms. Fariborz has more than 25 years of industry and institutional sales experience covering investment professionals at long-only asset managers and hedge funds. Most recently, Ms. Fariborz was a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Activism and M&A Solutions practice, where she offered comprehensive consulting on activist engagements and M&A situations.
