In March 2023, Pfizer and Seagen announced that they had entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Pfizer would acquire Seagen. Counsel for Pfizer and Seagen drew upon Compass Lexecon's economic analysis and logistical support to comply with the FTC’s second request for information.
