About Andrew
Andrew Bidylo has more than 15 years of consulting and industry experience within the telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) sector, advising top-tier private equity funds, portfolio companies and corporate clients on tech- and process-driven operational improvements, growth strategy, M&A execution and post-deal value creation.
Mr. Bidylo brings a unique blend of consulting and in-house industry experience, having led more than 250 public- and private-company engagements across the TMT sector. These projects have spanned EBITDA uplift, cross-border integrations, multi-entity carve-outs and enterprise-wide transformations, from diligence through value realization.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Bidylo was part of PwC’s Strategy& Private Equity Value Creation practice. As a founding member, he served as a trusted advisor to several of the firm’s top private equity clients, leading complex engagements across the TMT sector focused on end-to-end transformation, from diligence through execution, with a strong focus on EBITDA uplift, organizational redesign, process automation and third-party spend optimization.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Bidylo held corporate development roles at Thomson Reuters, where he supported acquisitions, post-merger integration and enterprise growth initiatives — bringing a practical, operator’s lens to his strategic work.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bidylo has partnered closely with C-suite executives to deliver measurable outcomes, including large-scale cost transformations, integration and carve-out programs, and go-to-market strategy redesigns.
Relevant Experience:
- Led an end-to-end transformation for a $2.5 billion PE-backed tech company, driving approximately 25% cost takeout and 10% efficiency gains through clean-sheet org design, outsourcing and tech-enabled process improvements across SG&A and R&D
- Spearheaded operating model redesign across sales and customer support for an approximately $500 million SaaS company to unlock more than 15% savings through organizational restructuring, labor productivity gains (7%) and third-party spend optimization
- Performed commercial and operations diligence on a $650 million tech acquisition, assessing market segment growth and revenue scalability (~20% CAGR) while identifying $12 million in EBITDA uplift through salesforce efficiency and customer support cost optimization
- Drove sales and operations planning redesign for a $2.5 billion connected fitness company, partnering with CFO and CPO to drive 15pt+ gross margin uplift, cut inventory by 150 days and improve cash-to-cash cycle by more than 50 days
- Assessed call center performance for a $250 million SaaS company, identifying improvements in labor efficiency, channel shift (voice to digital) and AI workflow automation, driving 25% lower handle time and 18% support cost reduction
