About Anthony
Anthony Saitta is the leader of the Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance Solutions group. Mr. Saitta has more than 30 years of public accounting and consulting experience. Clients seek out his expertise in advising boards and senior executive management on executive compensation and human capital strategies, as well as leading the design and ultimate implementation of adopted recommendations.
Mr. Saitta is also responsible for the strategic design of new compensation programs for senior executive management teams, including leading the negotiation of employment agreement terms and conditions on behalf of both the executives and boards of directors.
Prior to his senior leadership in the executive compensation area, Mr. Saitta spent 14 years at Ernst & Young LLP, where he conducted financial audits of public and private real estate entities. This included real estate investment trusts (“REITs”), owners, developers and pension funds. He performed and supervised due diligence engagements in connection with asset, portfolio and corporate acquisitions. He managed the successful initial public offering (“IPO”) and secondary offerings of a retail REIT, and due diligence assignments related to the securitization of performing and non-performing commercial loan portfolios.
Mr. Saitta is also regularly quoted and contributes to articles and studies on executive compensation that have appeared in publications such as Directors & Boards, Real Estate Finance Journal, SNL Financial, National Real Estate Investor, REIT.com and Law360 Pulse, among others.

- Advises clients on accounting and tax-related matters, IPO and other matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission
- Advises public and privately held companies, as well as private equity-sponsored companies, in designing new compensation programs and on a broad range of executive compensation and human capital strategies
- Advises private companies in navigating the transition from private to public markets, including the design and implementation of appropriate short- and long-term incentive compensation programs
- Provides expert witness support on executive compensation-related litigation matters
