About Dana
Dana Twomey has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, working with senior executives to address their most pressing strategic and operational issues. Ms. Twomey is primarily focused on advising clients within the banking sector on risk and regulatory matters.
Ms. Twomey’s areas of expertise include compliance and risk, target operating model design, and program and product design and implementations. She has led the evaluation, development and delivery of the Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”) and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) program updates, as well as spearheaded large-scale technology risk remediation programs. Additionally, Ms. Twomey has provided clients with strategic guidance regarding how to leverage a proactive approach to risk and compliance management, turning this approach into a competitive advantage.
Ms. Twomey’s knowledge of regulations coupled with her business acumen allows her to provide a balanced, risk-based approach to compliance that supports strong programs and policies, while enabling frontline business.
Prior to FTI Consulting, Ms. Twomey worked in financial services advisory at West Monroe, a Chicago-based business and technology consulting firm. Previously, she spent time at CAST Management Consultants.
