Dimitrio Gomez brings a strong track record in strategy, transactions and business transformation across Latin America, supporting clients across consumer and retail, healthcare and life sciences, and financial services. At FTI Consulting, Dimitrio supports in developing the business across Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America.

Dimitrio brings more than 15 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning and venture capital. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, he spent nearly a decade at top-tier consulting firms, including Bain & Company, EY-Parthenon and Deloitte Consulting.

Dimitrio has vast experience advising on market assessments, commercial due diligence, growth and market entry strategies, strategy reviews, and go-to-market and transformation programs. Additionally, he has led over 50 projects for both Fortune 500 and middle-market clients. Dimitrio is recognized for his analytical rigor, strategic storytelling and ability to translate insights into actionable plans that drive measurable results.

In addition to his consulting career, Dimitrio spent more than six years leading strategy and corporate development for a Mexican technology company and was part of the investment team at two leading venture capital firms in Mexico.

• Led a logistics cost optimization for a leading dairy company in Mexico
• Led business and operating model benchmarking of the premium sparkling water market in key Latin American markets for a leading global multicategory beverage company
• Performed a market assessment and identified growth opportunities for one of the largest hospital groups in Monterrey, Mexico
• Developed a Mexican market entry strategy for a U.S. regional bank and major issuer of prepaid debit cards
