Karsten Schulze

Karsten Schulze is responsible in particular for implementation-oriented projects as well as projects to increase efficiency of companies in challenging situations.

Karsten has accompanied and moderated many complex financing negotiations as part of the preparation and implementation of restructuring concepts. Karsten mainly advises internationally active companies in the fields of mechanical and plant engineering, automotive, and renewable energies. He has filled interim management positions in selected projects.

Karsten is a business administration graduate with more than 30 years of professional experience. After working for an energy supplier, a major German bank and an investment company, he most recently spent 10 years as a manager and director in the restructuring division of a leading global consulting and auditing firm.
