Nishi Anand specializes in executing revenue and operational transformations and brings extensive experience in value creation and due diligence, particularly in the healthcare and technology sectors. Ms. Anand has more than 10 years of experience driving improvements across the entire customer lifecycle — from strategy to lead generation to sales to collection — to drive sustained, profitable growth.
Ms. Anand has advised C-suite, investors and boards of directors and is skilled in defining and leading growth strategy, performance management and operations efficiency initiatives for large-scale organizations. In addition, she has effectively managed various company transformations and acquisitions as an advisor and operator.
Prior to her role at FTI Consulting, Ms. Anand was a Principal at KKR Capstone, where she focused on advising healthcare and technology portfolio companies. In this position, she led cross-functional transformational initiatives to drive topline and margin with immediate impact. Preceding KKR Capstone, she worked at BCG, where she supported healthcare and tech clients on various business strategy, revenue growth and transformation initiatives.
Ms. Anand holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

- Optimized inside sales capabilities for a managed services business, doubling growth
- Led pharma supply chain and distribution strategy and multiyear operating model transformation
