Sarah Yan

Sarah Yan has close to 15 years’ experience in intelligence, risk advisory and public policy in Southeast Asia. Ms. Yan has led and worked on hundreds of strategic intelligence, commercial and corporate investigation and investigative due diligence assignments for regional and global investors across the region.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Yan held various roles at a global risk consultancy’s Southeast Asia practice, focused on client projects in the region. She began her career with the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she spent seven years. While in this role, she served an overseas posting at the Singapore Embassy in Yangon, Myanmar.

Ms. Yan is fluent in English and German and is conversational in Burmese and Mandarin. She also holds a private investigator’s licence in Singapore.
