Our Role
- FTI Consulting performed a current state assessment of the organization’s data operations, application infrastructure, and team structure. Collected information via interview sessions to ensure information was gathered from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Our team created a data governance charter and relevant policies and procedures to bring structure and best practices to the organization. Advised on the plan to action upon the documents to ensure their implementation was successful.
- Our professionals developed a roles and responsibilities matrix for data-related tasks to align expectations of everyone in the organization. This increased team morale and understanding while setting realistic targets for completing projects and tickets.
- FTI Consulting evaluated the current application landscape to determine whether it was suited for the organization’s future goals. It was determined that there were critical gaps that needed to be addressed by replacing an existing vendor through an RFP process.
