In December 2025, Hogan Lovells and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP announced a landmark combination that would bring together two highly regarded law firms with complementary strengths in global finance, regulatory, disputes and transactional capabilities. Given the scale, complexity and cross-border nature of the merger, Hogan Lovells leadership engaged FTI Consulting to ensure a focused integration approach to align priorities and reduce operational disruption.
Both attorneys and business services staff were able to focus on their clients and business continuity following a seamless Day 1 experience with minimal issues and disruptions.
