FTI Consulting Expands Healthcare Business Transformation Practice With Three Senior Hires
Franco Cardillo, Robin Czajka and Kenneth Hoffman Join FTI Consulting to Enhance Digital Transformation, Clinical Operations and Workforce Performance Solutions
Washington, D.C., July 23, 2026 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the continued expansion of the Healthcare Business Transformation practice within the Corporate Finance segment with the appointment of Franco Cardillo, Robin Czajka and Kenneth Hoffman as Managing Directors.

Mr. Cardillo, who is based in Charleston, South Carolina, is a healthcare transformation expert specializing in digital strategy, revenue cycle modernization and consumer-centric operations. He brings more than a decade of experience leading academic medical centers. In his role at FTI Consulting, he will help clients translate strategy into scalable, technology-enabled operating models that improve access, experience and financial performance. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Cardillo was the Executive Director of Digital Strategy & Operations at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Ms. Czajka, who is based in Chicago, is a board-certified registered nurse and business transformation executive with experience in performance improvement, change management and cost optimization across the healthcare and life sciences industries. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, she held numerous executive roles, where she built and led clinical operations, advised medical centers on performance and supply chain optimization, and directed cardiovascular and behavioral health service lines. In her role at FTI Consulting, she will advise clients on optimizing operations, improving workforce performance, enhancing patient outcomes and driving financial performance.
Mr. Hoffman, who is based in Dallas, brings more than 20 years of experience advising healthcare and life sciences organizations on sourcing strategy, managed services models and complex outsourcing agreements. His work spans hospital systems, academic centers, pediatric healthcare organizations and payers, where he has helped clients optimize business support functions, navigate mergers and integrations, and establish shared services organizations. At FTI Consulting, he will advise clients on sourcing strategy execution, managed services and outsourcing initiatives, merger integration planning, business case development and performance benchmarking.
