FTI Consulting Enhances Forensic Accounting Investigations Expertise in San Francisco with Appointment of Jeffrey Rhodes
Washington, D.C., May 20, 2019 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Jeffrey Rhodes as a Managing Director in the Forensic Accounting & Advisory Services practice within the firm’s Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment. He will be based in San Francisco.
The addition of Mr. Rhodes, who brings more than 20 years of experience, enhances the firm’s forensic accounting investigations, proactive forensic, compliance and dispute advisory offerings on the West Coast and nationally. He has performed and supervised investigations of alleged fraud in the areas of fraudulent financial reporting, misappropriation of assets, and bribery and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, regulatory compliance matters, fraud risk management, accounting and financial analyses in complex business litigation matters, investigative due diligence and third-party risk management matters, neutral arbitrator and post-acquisition purchase price dispute matters, class action matters, contract compliance and royalty license reviews, and business interruption matters.
Mr. Rhodes has conducted forensic assignments around the world and for clients in various industries, including high technology, energy, manufacturing, diversified industrials, financial services, insurance, leasing, retail, construction, government, not-for-profits, agribusiness and healthcare.

Mr. Rhodes has also performed and supervised a number of neutral accountant, arbitrator and court-appointed special master post-acquisition working capital disputes, earn-out disputes, accounting issues, and contract compliance disputes. Claims in these matters have ranged from $1 million to more than $800 million.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Rhodes was a Managing Director in KPMG’s Forensic Advisory Services practice. Prior to serving in KPMG’s Forensic Advisory Services practice, he worked in KPMG’s Audit practice, where he performed and supervised audits of both public and private companies as well as several not-for-profit entities.
