On 3 March 2025, John Park and Joanne Dunn were appointed as Voluntary Administrators of Centrex Limited ACN 096 298 752 and Agriflex Pty Ltd ACN 132 019 357. They were subsequently appointed as Deed Administrators on 2 July 2025. Upon effectuation of the Deed of Company Arrangement on 10 September 2025, they continued as Trustees of the Centrex and Agriflex Creditors’ Trust ABN 50 790 185 916 (“the Trust”). The Trust was terminated as at 17 February 2026 by virtue of the application of the entirety of the Trust fund
