Our Impact
- FTI Consulting reduced selling, general and administrative (“SG&A”) and operating costs by 35% and more than doubled the annualized EBIDTA percentage.
- Our experts improved commercials and delivery structure to drive a more than 40% increase in average new deal gross margin and reduced the average days sales outstanding by 30%.
- We stabilized quarter-over-quarter declining revenue and positioned the client for annualized growth above 12%.
Our Role
- FTI Consulting experts assumed interim management roles for the client, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Delivery Officer and transformation project management office lead, and evaluated a go-to-market strategy to identify growth opportunities, propositions and partnerships.
- Our team performed an in-depth review of more than 25 large accounts to develop a strategic growth plan, in addition to meeting with executives of the client’s largest customers to share a new vision for the company, negotiate commercials and drive renewed business engagement.
- We evaluated the operating model, including commercial, finance and delivery structures, to prepare a leaner, more agile and integrated sales, digital solutioning and services framework.
- Our experts assessed the senior and extended leadership team to rebuild a high-performing management structure, develop a new incentive plan and support the transition to a permanent management team.
