Our Role

FTI Consulting led the accounting advisory and financial reporting efforts throughout the IPO process, coordinating closely with management, auditors and outside legal counsel.
The team performed comprehensive technical accounting assessments and prepared authoritative position papers addressing complex matters including equity instruments, stock-based compensation and research and development (“R&D”) collaboration agreements.
