2023 Evidence in International Arbitration Report

FTI Consulting has supported the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration in producing the 2023 Evidence in International Arbitration Report, presenting the results of its second survey, undertaken in late 2022, which focused on expert, lay and document evidence.

The report indicates that expert, lay, and documentary evidence significantly impact case outcomes. The Report considers these impacts and touches on sustainability, equal representation and other key trends. Editorials by thought leaders highlight some issues facing dispute resolution practitioners as they grapple with how to best deal with evidence in international arbitration.
