FTI Consulting Further Expands Middle East Financial Services Capabilities With Appointment of Mathias Massow

Dubai-based Financial Services Expert Brings More Than a Decade of Experience Advising Banks, Development Finance Institutions and Public Sector Organisations on Transformation

Dubai, 12 October 2026 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Mathias Massow as a Managing Director in the Transformation practice within the firm’s Corporate Finance segment, supporting the continued growth of FTI Consulting’s financial services capabilities across the Middle East.

Mr. Massow, who is based in Dubai, brings more than a decade of experience advising financial institutions and public sector organisations in Europe and the Middle East. His expertise includes corporate and government strategy, enterprise-wide transformation and post-merger integration for banks, public finance institutions and development finance institutions.

In his role at FTI Consulting, Mr. Massow will advise financial institutions on strategy, large-scale transformation programmes and improving organisational structures. His work will focus particularly on government-linked entities and national development agendas.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Massow was a Principal at a global strategy consulting firm in the Middle East. In that role, he led strategy development for multi-billion-dollar capital allocation programmes at leading multilateral development banks and development finance institutions across the Gulf Cooperation Council. Previously, he was a Principal in the financial institutions practice of a strategy consulting firm in Germany.
