Garrett Fultz has 25 years of experience in technology and operations with more than fifteen years specifically focused on transforming how organizations select, plan, manage, build, commission, maintain, operate and decommission their assets.

Mr. Fultz has served in a variety of capacities to lead and support the delivery of large projects, programs and portfolios. His knowledge of project controls has allowed him to serve as the Cost Engineering Lead for a $100M Capital Projects Turnaround Program, the Integrated Turnaround Cost Assurance Lead and to deliver enterprise-wide training on the AACEi Total Cost Management Framework. By applying his breadth of experience, Mr. Fultz has helped organizations minimize delays, maximize field productivity and improve the capital efficiency of project portfolios and operations.

Lee Baker is a planner and delay analyst with extensive international expertise, gained over the last 20 years. He is recognised in Who’s Who Legal’s premium list as one of the world’s leading International Arbitration Expert Witnesses.

Mr. Baker trained as a construction planner and now provides clients with comprehensive planning, delay analysis and project risk management solutions for a wide range of sectors within the construction industry. Mr. Baker has been appointed to prepare expert reports and regularly advises clients on dispute avoidance and resolution. He has extensive international experience with high-value mega-projects across a wide range of industry sectors. These include power generation, aviation, rail, high-rise buildings, oil and gas, prestige retail, and commercial developments.

Joseph C. Slavis

Mr. Slavis has more than 30 years of experience focused primarily on litigation consulting services.

These damages include breach of contract, terminations for cause and convenience, lost profits, requests for equitable damages in delay and disruption cases and fraud-related issues. Mr. Slavis is a certified construction auditor and has performed numerous construction cost audits and forensic reviews of construction projects where fraudulent activity was suspected. His project experience includes bridges, tunnels, multi-use towers, hotels, resorts, casinos, courthouses, multifamily developments, data centers, boilers, chemical plants and power plants.

Brandon Chaney

Brandon Chaney has over 18 years of engineering and construction management experience within the mining, liquefied gas, infrastructure and defense industries.

Mr. Chaney has strong exposure in cost control, quantity surveying, pricing of variations, cost savings, cost estimating, client relations, project management and project/resource planning. He also has broad experience performing cost overrun claims, damages analysis, contract audits, cost analysis, fraud investigations, project monitoring and providing dispute resolution assistance to construction industry clients. He is appointed as a quantum expert on litigation and commercial dispute matters related to the pricing of variation work on numerous complex construction projects in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East.

Alastair Farr

Alastair Farr has more than 35 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries across a wide range of sectors, including waste-to-energy/biomass, power generation, offshore and onshore oil and gas, shipbuilding, subsea, civil engineering, building, water, mining and rail and roads.

Mr. Farr is an experienced testifying quantum and delay expert on matters including loss and expense/additional costs/damages, disputed variations, delay and extensions of time. He has acted as an expert witness in international and domestic arbitration and litigation and testified in International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), Asian International Arbitration Center (“AIAC”), formerly known as Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (“KLRCA”), and London Court of International Arbitrations (“LCIA”) arbitrations, as well as in UK litigation in the Technology and Construction Court as a CPR35 Expert.
