Mr. LeWand has served as interim CEO, CFO, Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”), Board Member and Board Advisor across the power and renewables sector, running and optimizing businesses, facilitating transactions, managing assets and leading restructurings for multibillion-dollar enterprises and in the seminal events defining the sector.

President, Tonopah Solar Energy, leading global solar development and operations, including the $1.3 billion Tonopah Solar Energy concentrated solar power (“CSP”) project.
CRO of various companies, including Open Range, Alamosa Solar and Global Solar Energy where he helped reduce cash burn by more than 90% and led a successful global M&A process during a period of extreme financial distress for the sector and the company.
Interim Managing Director at Calim Private Equity, leading fund strategy and performance while being responsible for final investment decisions of a more than $400 million private equity portfolio with more than 20 majority investments.
