FTI Consulting Continues Business Transformation Investment with Two Senior Hires
London, 27 November 2024 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) continued the expansion of its business transformation capabilities in the UK with the appointment of Jason Rogers and Viktor Dobrikov as Managing Directors.
In their roles at FTI Consulting, Mr. Rogers and Mr. Dobrikov will advise clients on performance optimisation and operational transformation strategies working alongside Wim Gysegom, who recently joined the firm to lead the Operational Transformation offering in the UK and Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”) region.

Mr. Rogers brings 25 years of international transformation experience through his work leading large-scale performance and operational transformations in both consulting and industry roles. He has worked with large corporations and private equity portfolio companies across a variety of industries, bringing extensive expertise in aviation, transport, logistics and automotive. Mr. Rogers specialises in technology and AI-driven service operations transformations that enhance customer experience while reducing costs. This will boost the expansion of the firm’s service operations capabilities across EMEA.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Rogers was Director of Transformation at British Airways. He previously worked at McKinsey and PwC, where he led large-scale transformation projects for more than 100 clients. His line management experience also includes leading billion-dollar transport and city revitalisation projects at Transport for NSW in Australia.

Mr. Dobrikov brings more than 20 years of international operational transformation experience to FTI Consulting. Working as a consultant, he led client transformations and performance improvement initiatives to optimise operations, unlock revenue growth and improve costs. Mr. Dobrikov has also advised clients on scalable sustainability solutions and helped clients develop and implement strategies that use technology to improve processes and operations. Mr. Dobrikov’s industry experience includes automotive, fast-moving consumer goods (“FMCG”), media consumables and devices and energy.
Before joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Dobrikov was an Operations Strategy Director at a global FMCG company. Prior to that, he worked at McKinsey.

The appointment of Mr. Rogers and Mr. Dobrikov further strengthens FTI Consulting’s Business Transformation practice in London, following 2024 hires including Managing Director Bach Nguyen and Senior Managing Director Wim Gysegom. Elsewhere in Europe, the firm has recently hired Business Transformation Senior Managing Directors Jean-Werner de T’Serclaes in France, Ramon Baeza in Spain, Stefan Van Thienen in Germany and Jean-Michel Mollo in Brussels.
