Mr. Farr is an experienced testifying quantum and delay expert on matters including loss and expense/additional costs/damages, disputed variations, delay and extensions of time. He has acted as an expert witness in international and domestic arbitration and litigation and testified in International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), Asian International Arbitration Center (“AIAC”), formerly known as Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (“KLRCA”), and London Court of International Arbitrations (“LCIA”) arbitrations, as well as in UK litigation in the Technology and Construction Court as a CPR35 Expert.

Mr. Hofbauer has a background in strategic procurement, contract management and claims management for rail, infrastructure, industrial, IT, power, buildings and rolling stock projects across Europe. His contract and claims management expertise ranges from contract advice to final account settlement. He specialises in expert witness services, contract and risk analysis, as well as in delivering project audits to assess delay, disruption, damages and cost. He has given evidence in arbitral proceedings at the ICC in Paris, the VIAC in Vienna and the SCAI in Zurich, and has acted as an expert for disputes across Europe, in China, India, Mexico, Russia, South Africa, Turkey and the United States.

Ms. Fortin’s expertise spans valuation in the context of M&A, the quantification of damages claims in domestic and international commercial and investment disputes, accounting issues and post-transaction disputes. She has assisted multinational companies and law firms throughout the world, including Africa, Europe and Latin America. She has been involved in 60 arbitrations, has prepared more than 160 reports and has testified in more than 30 international arbitration procedures. Ms. Fortin regularly intervenes in commercial court litigations for national disputes within the framework of judicial expertise or in ad-hoc expertise. She has led numerous post-acquisition litigation assignments.

Mr. Rhodes consults on complex domestic and international projects across the Americas, as well as in Australia, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia and Africa. He has assisted contractors and owners throughout the project lifecycle in their efforts to effectively manage the recovery of time and additional costs, defend against claims, and avoid formal disputes. Mr. Rhodes has provided expert testimony on more than 70 occasions in connection with domestic and international arbitrations, federal and state court proceedings and board of claim hearings. Respected as an independent and objective expert in his field, he has also served as a mediator and as an expert consultant to a Dispute Resolution Board.
