On 16 July 2021, David McGrath, Chris Hill and Michael Ryan were appointed as Joint and Several Administrators over Heron Resources Limited ACN 068 263 098 and its Subsidiaries. These include:

At the second meeting of creditors, creditors of all Heron entities resolved that the Group execute a Deed of Company Arrangement (“DOCA”). The DOCA was executed shortly after the meeting on 25 February 2022.

The DOCA was effectuated on 19 May 2022 and David McGrath, Chris Hill and Michael Ryan were appointed trustees of the Heron Creditors' Trust.
