Secrets Group (In Liquidation)

John Park, Kate Warwick and Kelly-Anne Trenfield were appointed as Voluntary Administrators of Secrets Group on 10 December 2025. At the reconvened second meeting of creditors held on 30 March 2026, the Companies' creditors resolved to place the nine (9) entities of the Secrets Group into liquidation and to appoint John Park, Kate Warwick and Kelly-Anne Trenfield as Joint and Several Liquidators of the Companies.
