On 14 December 2023, Daniel Woodhouse, Kathryn Warwick and Hayden White were appointed Joint and Several Administrators of the Panoramic Group of Companies listed below. They were subsequently appointed Joint and Several Administrators of Pindan Exploration Company Pty Ltd on 15 January 2024.

On 2 October 2024, at the reconvened Second Meeting of Creditors, creditors resolved that the Companies would execute a Deed of Company Arrangement ("DOCA"). The DOCA was subsequently executed on 23 October 2024. The DOCA wholly effectuated on 24 December 2024 and the Companies were handed to new Directors.

On 24 December 2024, the Panoramic Creditors Trust (ABN 38 554 251 195) was established, with Daniel Woodhouse, Kathryn Warwick and Hayden White appointed as Joint and Several Trustees.
